A Wide Price Point

Our affordable $6.00 - $17.00 (wholesale) earrings fit a comfortable niche. They are simple, yet elegant designs that appeal to the impulse shopper and the repeat buyer. With our diversity, your client can become a repeat buyer or collector and move up our line to more expensive items that are up to $65.00 (wholesale). And remember color - customers often buy the same design in multiple colors.

How to Order

As you look through our catalog, keep in mind some guidelines that will make ordering simpler. Most of our clients sell earrings 2-1 over necklaces or bracelets.

First, choose your larger, multicolored pieces in your favorite palettes. These are the pieces you will build your display around. Our color combinations have been carefully chosen to provide eleven beautiful and distinctive looks. A well stocked display offers your clients the widest range of color choices. When you commit deeply to the line, so will your client.

Second, select your earrings (keeping in mind our best sellers -- Page 2 on your catalog). There is a reason why we have been selling certain designs for 27 years. Each earring style should be bought in multiples, allowing us to assort colors in the chosen palettes.

Third, add in the other styles you want. Be assured, we will make you sets when you order earrings and matching pendants. Carol lays each order out on her massive desk to ensure quality control and a quick beauty check. Do tell us if there are colors your clients hate or that are overstocked (few like yellow except as an accent, for instance). When in doubt, trust the artist - it’s what we do.

Can I pick the Color?

Can you pick the colors? - that's not really the question. It would be better to ask, should I pick the colors? When ordering, choose the palettes for your larger pieces, we will assort your earrings to match. If you specify earring colors, your order may be delayed. If you choose a Seafoam Curl Post and a Teal Everlasting Post, and we are out of that style in your colors, the glass cycle takes a week. On the other hand, we may have the reverse in stock and your order could ship immediately.

Placeholders

We encourage our clients to anticipate their buying needs through their busiest seasons, imagining their best possible scenario, and placing orders accordingly. Future orders can be for dollar amounts only - you can choose the styles and colors that have sold most strongly several weeks before the scheduled ship date to allow for the best selection. These placeholders can have their ship dates moved up or canceled, but will insure that you have a place on our schedule to receive jewelry with no delays. Placeholders also work well to ensure that you have successful sales, because when you are expecting a new shipment you build an energy that translates into sales.

We will happily send you an order, made up of our current best sellers, that keeps within your allotted budget. Just tell us the price points, palette choices, and any other specifications or desires you have. We will ship you a collection of beautiful jewelry that has a strong sales history, and will create a striking display.

I Didn't get my order

We always confirm orders. If you don’t hear from us, chances are we did not receive your faxed or emailed order. Please check in with us right away - don’t wait until the order is late! If you provide your email address UPS will notify you of shipment. Finally, we could have made a mistake. It does happen to one or two orders each year. Don't wait and get mad, call us we will get it out the next day.

Returns

We will exchange any jewelry from your first order if we are in receipt of it within 30 days from the original ship date. All returns need an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). The work must be free of tags and in perfect, salable condition, or a 15% restock fee will be applied. All returns must be boxed. We will refuse padded mailers, which do not provide enough protection.

Sales Reps

Carol and Mark are just two people and what we do is make jewelry. We have several Sales Reps and what they do is sell jewelry. If you have a sales rep in your area - great! Use them -- they are a very valuable tool. Call them and they will be happy to make an appointment to show you the work. This can be very important if you can't make it to the shows, especially the summer shows. Together we can give you the best possible service.

Online

Our web site allows wholesale access.  Create a Login, and the within 24 hours we will approve wholesale access. Save time by ordering in multiples and simply listing the color as “Assorted”. Did we mention we like to pick the color? We have a variety of pictures & information that are available to you for special events, shows and openings. Log on as a wholesale buyer to access these special features.

Terms

First orders are shipped prepaid, on credit card or COD, with a $200.00 minimum. There is a higher shipping charge for COD packages. Subsequent orders can be shipped Net-30 with approved credit. We must receive your payment,in full, within 30 days of the ship date. Any invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days are subject to a monthly 18% APR finance charge. There is a $25.00 charge for checks returned for insufficient funds.

Trade Show Appearances

We will only be appearing at ACRE this year. Carol's feet hurt, she is confused and never remembers what city she is in, but strangely can add multiples of $17.00 in her head. She is particularly punch drunk by the end of a show, always hungry, craving a cocktail, but really needs a cappuccino. Stop by and see her!

Shipping

Mostly orders in 48 hours. Don't hesitate to ask about rush orders. We will do our best to accommodate your time frame. Special consideration is given to seasonal accounts and their needs. All orders will be shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. Your only invoice will be included in the box. All invoice totals are for Merchandise + All Shipping & Handling Charges. If you need invoices sent to a billing address, please make that request when you place your order. If you provide us your email address, we will notify you when your order ships with the tracking number. This will allow you to check the status of your package from the convenience of your own computer.

How to clean your jewelry

Seaglass seems to attract dust and dirt just the way your good crystal glasses do, despite being in a closed cabinet. To clean the glass use any dish washing soap. When the Sterling tarnishes, many find the they like the beautiful patina it achieves. If that's not you - We use Tarnax brand. Read the directions - FIRST, and quickly dunk the piece. Follow it up with a thorough rinsing. Then rinse again just to be sure. WARNING NEVER PUT REAL PEARLS OR SOFT STONES IN STERLING CLEANER.
