Returns & Warranty

• Sales of our Seaglass Jewelry have an unconditional 30 day return.  No questions asked.

• All returns must have an Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA).  Simply call us at (610) 518-0645from 8:00 - 4:00 Eastern time.  Or email us at mark@seaglass.us

• The jewelry must be packed in a box with the RMA on the outside.  No padded mailers or envelopes -- the US Mail is brutal.

• Please ship your return insured with a tracking number.  We prefer UPS as they visit everyday.

• Our work is warranted for 90 days on all craftsmanship.  This does not include glass breakage.

• The jewelry is glass so please be careful.  If you accidentally break a piece we will replace the glass at a nominal charge.  Call or email for details.
