Retail Terms

  • Sales of our Seaglass Jewelry have an unconditional 30 day return. No questions asked.
  • All returns must have an Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA). Simply call us at (610) 518-0645 9:00 - 4:00 Eastern time. Or email us at mark@whitelightproductions.com
  • The jewelry must be packed in a box with the RMA on the outside. No padded mailers or envelopes -- the US Mail is brutal.

    Please ship your return insured with a tracking number. We prefer UPS as we are in the country, down a long private road, over a small bridge and the US Mail has a tendency to leave packages anywhere.
  • Our work is warranted for 90 days on all craftsmanship. This does not include glass breakage.

    The jewelry is glass so please be careful. If you accidentally break a piece we will replace the glass at a nominal charge. Call or email for details.
  • We ship all orders UPS, Insured.
  • Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours. If there is a delay we will contact you regarding your options.
  • For retail orders using standard ground shipping, we charge a flat rate of $7.00 for retail sales. we also offer UPS 3rd day, 2nd day, and overnight delivery.
  • Costs for insurance will also be added.
  • Retail orders will receive an email confirmation of shipping with the UPS tracking number. Wholesale orders are charged the UPS rate, plus insurance.
